Hello my name is Sharon and I am an accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Cork city.
I am an accredited member with IAHIP (Irish Association for Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy). I have trained Flatstone Institute of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy Training and provided with a holistic, person-centred, emphatic approach.
I embody in the counselling/psychotherapy that I bring to my clients.
As well as being a qualified psychotherapist counsellor, I have co-created and facilitated Co-dependency support groups in Cork. I have trained with The Social and Health Education Project in Cork and continue with my own personal development where undertaken CDP Training with The Paul Rebelo School Of Gestalt.

Hello my name is Tony and I am an accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Cork city.
I am an accredited member with IAHIP (Irish Association for Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy). I completed my formal training with Flatstone Institute of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy. I offer a safe, supportive, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic approach to help you understand and develop the tools to resolve challenges and problematic behaviour you are encountering in your life.
As part of my own personal development I continue my CDP training through attendance at workshops with The Paul Rebelo School of Gestalt.
